Client Success Lead

Astrolabs Business Growth Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our post-company setup operations, you will be responsible for driving excellence and delivering a world-class experience for HR, PRO & GRO clients.
Your primary focus will be on managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring smooth regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through HR, PRO, and GRO services. You will oversee and execute various tasks, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.
Key Skills- Strong customer experience and sales skills are essential for building client relationships, promoting retention, and driving renewals.
- A natural people person, with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting team development.
- Committed to professional growth, regularly engaging in training and development opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Services is highly desirable.
- Fully fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
