As a Category Results Director, you will be responsible for driving significant business impact across the Consumer electronics category. You will manage a team of Brand Specialists, working closely with Vendor Managers and Account Managers to define priorities and operational goals according to vendor needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in team management, program or project management, and cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams. They will also have experience delivering cross-functional projects, defining program requirements, and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
In this role, you will partner with key retail category functions to optimize business operations and drive productivity within your team. You will also work with the MENA AVS team to shape the program through scaling and efficiency initiatives.
- Partner with Vendor Managers and Account Managers to define priorities and operational goals according to vendor needs
- Manage a team of Brand Specialists to deliver significant business impact
- Coach and train Brand Specialists on Amazon mechanisms, processes, tools, and business topics
