At Jobs for Humanity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods and managing import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enter accurate and timely import and export documents in our customers' portal.
  2. Verify invoices and packing lists for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Coordinate with our warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient logistics.
  4. Manage inbound and outbound operations for export and import.
  5. Track shipment status and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with our pricing team to optimize transportation costs.
  7. Arrange local pick-ups and deliveries, and coordinate with transporters.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Arabic language skills a plus.
