About the Role:

Koinz is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Close Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals with a high level of professionalism.
  2. Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador of the Koinz mission, brand, and product, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective clients.
  3. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, offers, and conduct contract negotiations to secure new business.
  4. Business Development: Engage with restaurants and other food-related businesses to evaluate the full value of Koinz's offerings and drive meaningful conversations.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate the value of Koinz to prospective clients using various communication channels.
  6. Sales Pipeline Management: Own and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  7. Sales Goals: Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals, contributing to the growth and success of Koinz.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in startups, especially in the F&B industry, is a plus.
