About the Role:
The Business Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the products and solutions provided by TamkeenHR, a leading company in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing customers to the latest offers and actively participating in sales increase activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, research, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the sales supervisor to follow up on sales opportunities and ensure their realization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by completing sales operations and achieving the required sales percentage.
- Conduct market research and studies to reach the target audience and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Manage a customer database and lead records to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the work team to build a strong network of relationships and complete sales operations.
- Provide quotations to customers and ensure the completion of contracts.
- Clearly explain sales contracts to customers and address all their inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and internet skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
