We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at AHC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling assigned products to government and private hospitals, satisfying customer needs, and achieving set sales targets.

Responsibilities and Activities

Market Coverage
  1. Presentation and Demonstration: Present assigned products to end-users, briefing them on features and benefits.
  2. Request for Quotations: Meet with purchasing and materials departments to generate RFQs as per AHCSC product specifications.
  3. Bidding and Follow-up: Submit offers/bids within customer-specified timeframes and follow up until purchase order receipt.
  4. Order Placement and Collection: Collect purchase orders on time and prepare PRs to place orders with principals.
Customer Care and Satisfaction
  1. Delivery Order Preparation: Ensure timely delivery order preparation to avoid penalties.
Reporting
  1. Target Sheets and Market Information: Prepare and submit target sheets on time and provide required market or client information.
  2. Competitor Activity Reporting: Report competitors' activities and update management to better handle situations.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Medical or Science is required for this role.

Required Years of Experience

0-2 years of experience is preferred.
