Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our Riyadh office. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist the team in all aspects of client management, including diary management and systems expertise.
  2. Organize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across various time zones.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements, locally and internationally, as well as visas and itineraries.
  4. Prepare itineraries for roadshow travel and organize logistics.
  5. Update contacts in Outlook and sales database.
  6. Responsible for printing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and filing.
  7. Liaise with the Events Team to manage events and roadshows.
  8. Ensure office supplies and pantry inventory are always available.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • University degree.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic desirable).
  • Flexible approach with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Strong attention to detail essential.
