Strategic Talent Acquisition Director

The Talent Acquisition Section Head is responsible for leading the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes within the organization. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing new hire orientation, contract finalization, training programs, and performance appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Process Efficiency- Streamline the recruitment process to reduce Time to Fill open positions, ensuring efficiency in sourcing, screening, and finalizing hires.
- Craft competitive job offers and optimize the negotiation process to ensure a high Job Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Maintain a high Screening-to-Interview Ratio by supervising the phone screening process, ensuring only qualified candidates proceed to interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure selected candidates meet job requirements, aiming to maintain a high Hiring Manager Satisfaction with the recruitment process and final candidate selections.
- Track the performance of new hires within the first 6-12 months and make data-driven improvements to the selection process to ensure the Quality of Hire.
- Lead the New Joiner Orientation Program to ensure a smooth transition for all new hires, focusing on high New Joiner Satisfaction rates.
- Implement a structured onboarding plan to improve the integration of new employees into the organization and ensure they complete required training programs within the first 90 days.
- Oversee the contract finalization process and reduce Offer to Contract Time, ensuring quick and efficient contract negotiations once an offer is accepted.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates to expedite offer acceptance and contract signing.
- Ensure new hires complete the required Training Programs within their first 90 days, tracking and reporting on the Training Program Completion Rate.
- Oversight of Co-op Training Program Participation to provide interns and co-op students with valuable learning opportunities during their tenure.
- Manage the Performance Appraisal Process to ensure 100% completion of appraisals on time and deliver feedback to employees for continuous growth.
- Track and report on employee retention after training to ensure that employees are fully supported in their development and retention rates meet or exceed organizational targets.
- Set clear recruitment targets for the team to meet the required number of hires each month and improve Recruiter Productivity.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards in all recruitment activities.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the hiring process.
- Regularly review recruitment strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and remain competitive in attracting top talent.
