About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced GSI Partner Account Director to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and driving engagement with our GSI partners, enhancing partner commitment to leverage their capabilities for successful IFS software sales and deployments.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in partner or vendor management, preferably in the technology sector, with a strong understanding of relevant IT markets and the GSI landscape in Big 5 markets. They will be able to drive complex sales processes and negotiations, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and foster strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Develop and execute a partner engagement strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our GSI partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner engagement and revenue growth
