Job Summary

Raffles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, leading and motivating the front office team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Manage room inventory, maximize occupancy rates, and monitor front office performance metrics to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and coordinate guest services.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front office to ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain accurate records to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to lead and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and industry best practices to drive business growth.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and financial management skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations to minimize risks.
