Raffles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, leading and motivating the front office team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage room inventory, maximize occupancy rates, and monitor front office performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and coordinate guest services.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front office to ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain accurate records to support business decisions.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to lead and motivate teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and industry best practices to drive business growth.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and financial management skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations to minimize risks.
