XAD Technologies is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to lead our business development efforts.
Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
About the Role:This key position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Telecommunication, Construction, and Private Sector industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing relationships with major clients.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and position our products/services effectively.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and close deals with large corporate clients, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, specifically with Telecommunication, Construction, or Private Sector companies.
- Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing relationships with major clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.
- Deep understanding of the business landscape in the Telecommunication, Construction, and General Private Sectors.
