About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our entire Customer Experience Services portfolio to Major Accounts in Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute services sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Drive sales of new services within customers, including programs, service product launches, and best practices.
  3. Forecast and report business performance, building the pipeline for future growth.
  4. Publish service responses for RFPs and new service bids or proposals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in value-based sales positions in ICT sector.
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of service, consulting, and advisory services sales.
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect selling to strategic accounts.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
