We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our Middle East team, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and bringing in new strategic customers.

  1. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Work closely with existing customers to identify opportunities to expand our services.
  2. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their changing needs and challenges.
  3. Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually developing relationships and customer engagement.
  4. Marketing Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the marketing team to align with the overall company strategy.
  5. Event Engagement: Leverage events as opportunities to extend the customer network and build on established relationships of trust.
  6. Exceeding Customer Expectations: Ensure active listening, effective negotiation, and clear communication at all stages of the relationship.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and stay updated through educational opportunities and personal networks.
  8. Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  9. Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve booking targets.
