We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our Middle East team, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and bringing in new strategic customers.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Work closely with existing customers to identify opportunities to expand our services.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their changing needs and challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually developing relationships and customer engagement.
- Marketing Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the marketing team to align with the overall company strategy.
- Event Engagement: Leverage events as opportunities to extend the customer network and build on established relationships of trust.
- Exceeding Customer Expectations: Ensure active listening, effective negotiation, and clear communication at all stages of the relationship.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and stay updated through educational opportunities and personal networks.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve booking targets.
