Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will focus on driving sales and business growth within the HORECA sector, with a primary focus on the Meat and French Fries categories. This individual will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities for growth in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and market share in the HORECA industry, specifically focusing on Meat and French Fries categories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, and caterers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the foodservice industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, solving problems, and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management on results and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, sales tracking, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Foodservice industry, preferably within the HORECA sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meat and French Fries categories, including market trends, customer needs, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with key accounts in the HORECA sector in Riyadh or other major cities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and foodservice regulations in Saudi Arabia.
