Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with partners to enhance our customer experience and expand our product offerings.
You will work closely with our UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences. Conducting user research and usability testing will also be an essential part of your role.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with selected partners to gain a deep understanding of their platforms and identify critical product touchpoints and integration opportunities.
- Develop and propose comprehensive product integration approaches that align with both internal goals and partner capabilities.
- Negotiate and finalize the integration plan, ensuring all parties are aligned on timelines and expected outcomes.
You will also be responsible for defining and maintaining a well-organized product backlog, reflecting the integration priorities and overall product strategy.
Requirements- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business studies or technology.
- At least 3 years' experience in a software product owner role.
- A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
