Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that drive user engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, food/grocery delivery, or tech platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Well-versed in data mining, statistical modeling, and advanced data analysis.

- Proficiency in analyzing and leveraging metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and conversion rates.
