The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and be able to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and prospects to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Demonstrate products and solutions to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
