The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and be able to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and prospects to drive revenue growth.
  2. Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer needs and pain points.
  3. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  4. Demonstrate products and solutions to key decision-makers.
  5. Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. At least 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  7. Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise customers.
  8. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
