We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Manager to oversee the launch and operations of our stores in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing brand presence, and ensuring operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Store Setup and Operations:** Lead the setup of new stores, including fixture installation, merchandise placement, and warehouse organization to ensure alignment with brand standards and local customer preferences.
  • **Merchandising and Inventory Management:** Oversee the merchandising process, including product assortment selection, pricing strategy, and promotional displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • **Team Leadership and Training:** Recruit, train, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • **Market Analysis and Strategy:** Conduct market research and analysis to understand local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of launch plans and ongoing business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling multiple retail stores with P&L accountability.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity and uncertainty associated with launching new stores and online in a new country.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
