Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare administrative documents, including reports, memos, and correspondences
  • Manage lawyer's calendars, scheduling conferences and meetings
  • Process and track client payments and billing queries with finance
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and emails to lawyers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of secretarial experience with a professional services company
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with legal technology (document management systems, transcription software, dictaphone, etc)
  • Superior written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with a team of lawyers and other colleagues
