About the Role

CARE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Acceleration Manager to join our team in MENA. This role will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing new opportunities to accelerate growth of Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) as well as driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process domestically and internationally.
  2. Identify gaps or overlaps and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
  3. Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
  4. Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational business metrics and set up processes to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements, and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
