Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including emails, documents, and records.
  • Document and arrange all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
  • Utilize Aconex to manage and track project documents.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Update manpower position and work allocation reports daily.
  • Record all bills and expenditures related to the project site.
  • Record all Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to the project site.
  • Liaise with the project team and external parties to distribute project-related information.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive project documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working as a MEP Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in an Engineering or Construction company.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient typing skills and minute-taking abilities.
