About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Senior Associate to join our team at Badgerfire.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and business analysis for all brands. You will develop the Annual Marketing plan, communicate it to the team, and manage successful implementation across META.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Digital Marketing and a strong understanding of Fire Detection Systems. You will work closely with Regional Sales and Leadership teams to grow Fire revenue & Market share.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Management:
    • Develop strategies to drive growth and market share.
    • Work closely with Regional Sales and Leadership teams.
  2. Marketing:
    • Drive new product launches by working with the Marketing Communications team.
    • Generate internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate with Marketing Communication team for website updates, leaflets, brochures, events, promotional schemes, and EDM.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-5 years prior relevant experience in Marketing and Product Marketing.
  2. Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of Fire Detection Systems.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. University Degree or equivalent.
