Job Description:

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Accounting Schema Validator to join our finance operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Bank Finance team to validate technical implementation of all accounting schemas against each product life cycle with events and scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Murex finance production support, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Strong technical skills, including reporting reconciliation and validation of technical implementation of all accounting schemas, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate technical implementation of all accounting schemas against each product life cycle with events and scenarios.
  • Amend any mismatch in the accounting configuration and ensure it is kept track of.
  • Support SIT, UAT phases with Finance users, guiding them on validations, best practices, and securing sign off.
  • Monitor GL Reconciliation exercise to ensure it matches and tallies as expected.
  • Handle new developments and minor CRs that can be handled internally.
  • Monitor Liquidation related proceeds and support for GL Phase 2 project for any enhancements required from Murex side.
  • Address GL related issues of EOD promptly and monitor Finance reconciliations of positions for correctness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Murex accounting and hedge accounting experience is a must.
  • Murex finance production support experience is a must for at least 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Reports reconciliation.
  • Validating technical implementation of all accounting schemas against each product life cycle with events and scenarios.
