Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the E-Learning/ Training industry, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Saudi local market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in KSA to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Enhance revenue and retention rates through targeted upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the E-Learning/ Training industry.
  • Strong network and connections in the Saudi market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
