Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, including:
- Managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Managing correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinating special projects and events, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
- Assisting in budget management and financial reporting as needed.
- Providing logistical support for meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new team members, providing necessary orientation and support.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 10 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
