About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our growth strategy in the Saudi Arabia market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with expertise in P&L management, key account handling, and commercial negotiations.

The successful candidate will drive the company's market presence, establish a strong foothold, and unlock new business opportunities. They will take full ownership of P&L management, optimize the order book pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for year-over-year growth.

In this role, you will ensure sustained profitability through strategic planning and execution. You will also prepare and maintain lists of customers in market segments, select key target accounts, and develop sales/market actions plans. Additionally, you will manage key accounts to increase business volume and liaise with clients to analyze their requirements and develop order strategies.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Drive the company's market presence and growth strategy in the Saudi Arabia market.
  • Take full ownership of P&L management and optimize the order book pipeline.
  • Develop long-term strategies for year-over-year growth.
  • Ensure sustained profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain lists of customers in market segments and select key target accounts.
