Main Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales growth with key optical retail customers across the GCC. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with long-term business objectives. Negotiate and close strategic deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales & Growth Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic initiatives tailored to each key account. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to drive revenue.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product specialists, customer service & local teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness. Work with Sales Operational teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across the region.
