Job Description
  • Contribute to the development of annual business plans for assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure efficient and effective execution in line with annual business plans and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the banking and financial services market and the competitive position of our Firm's Global Banking & Finance practice group through extensive internal and external research.
Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Lead the activities within a structured process framework to identify potential areas of improvement and contribute towards continuous improvement of existing policies, processes, and procedures.
  2. Strategic Planning: Assist in generating and evaluating new product ideas and concepts, and identifying business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field (Master's degree is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience.
  • Solid understanding of reporting.
