Otis Worldwide Corp is seeking a Business Development Engineer to support our service sales operations. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for preparing maintenance contracts, negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients, and executing sales strategies to recover lost units.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare maintenance contracts and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Execute sales strategies to recover lost units and pursue clients for unit recovery on favorable terms
  • Capture critical actions on all contracts to minimize Otis's contractual risk
  • Liaise with clients to negotiate maintenance contract renewals
