We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Director to join our team at Carter Murray. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow key client accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
  2. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES that meet customer expectations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive SALES GROWTH and expand existing client relationships.
  5. Develop and manage CLIENT ACCOUNT PLANS that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  1. 8-10 years of account management experience, selling solutions & services to large accounts.
  2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
