Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Reporting Manager - Programme Delivery, you will be responsible for:

  1. Establishing a program reporting process, including requirements, cadence, and formats.
  2. Developing and implementing standard procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
  3. Managing quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
  4. Managing the performance of direct reports in the reporting team.
  5. Coordinating the reporting process with other functional leads.
  6. Managing the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  7. Developing requirements for Power BI dashboards and working with the technical team to ensure the dashboards are delivered to requirements.
  8. Managing the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
  9. Organising and facilitating governance meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A relevant degree qualification.
  2. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  3. Membership in APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
