Adroyts is a highly respected and renowned executive search firm that specializes in identifying top talent for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager.

This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of Adroyts. You will play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry. You should possess excellent business acumen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies. Additionally, you should have a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Adroyts, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company policies.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competition, and make recommendations to stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  8. Representation and Networking: Represent Adroyts in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  9. Business Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  3. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  5. Track Record of Success: Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
