Job Description

The Informa Client Solution Manager will work with clients and partners across an expert portfolio that includes business performance, strategy, management & leadership, professional development, finance, project management, HR, sales, marketing, PR, property, supply chain, procurement, ICT, healthcare and industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on Informa's existing credibility, to maximise the significant market opportunity for events, training and consulting across the GCC.

  • Actively secure and develop strategic relationships with key organisations.
  • Become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders on internal capability projects and business transformation needs.
  • Lead the project delivery team from needs development to successful execution.
  • Build and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with new and existing clients.
  • Actively promote Informa's reputation with all stakeholders, whilst increasing profitability and meeting set business development objectives.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts by leveraging Informa's reputation as a market leader in the business education and events space.
  • Follow-up on inbound leads that come via our events, website, digital, referrals and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a consultative, client-focused approach that reinforces Informa as a trusted partner in the Kingdom.
  • Work closely with support departments to ensure a best-in-class client offering.
  • Respond to RFPs with proposals that reflect Informa's image.
  • Forecast and report efficiently and accurately.
