Our client is a leading provider of travel and tourism services in Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Headquartered in Riyadh, the company offers a wide range of products and solutions to both corporate and leisure customers.
The role involves driving sales growth and revenue by proactively managing and expanding key client relationships.
This includes prospecting new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other strategic accounts.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
Negotiating and closing complex sales deals while ensuring profitability is also a key aspect of the role.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and account management teams to achieve sales objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the travel/tourism industry, preferably in a B2B environment, is required.
You must have a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
A strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex business requirements is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary for success in this role.
Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, is required.
A willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region as needed is also necessary.
