The Divisional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all personnel activities within the Manufacturing division to ensure alignment with Group Personnel Policies and local regulations.

  • General Employee Inductions: The selected candidate will develop and implement comprehensive induction programs to educate employees on Personnel Policies, Procedures, and local laws.
  • Implementation of Personnel Policies: This role involves ensuring that Managers are fully aware of Company's Policies and Procedures, Labour Laws of KSA & seriousness of breaches of Policies and employee grievances to have effective implementation of HR principles.
  • Medical Services: The successful candidate will coordinate medical facilities for employees as per Company Policy to minimize occupational diseases and health problems.
  • Payroll Management: Timely payment to all staff is essential; this role ensures accurate processing of payroll by providing necessary documents to payroll on time.
  • Employee Contract Management: Ensuring all employees hold valid contracts at all times and that all CRR are cleared from Department Heads timely and accurately is a key responsibility.
  • Liaison with Public Authorities: Efficient achievement of Public and Ministry Liaison tasks is critical for this role.
  • Cashless Payment System: Minimizing cash payments by ensuring all employees are paid through SBB only is an important aspect of this role.
