Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Red Sea Global. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing the store team, monitoring inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth operation and adherence to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and accountability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided by store staff, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking products.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and waste.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase store traffic and brand awareness.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, following merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Plan and implement effective store layouts, product displays, and signage to optimize product visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory costs, and operational expenses, to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as sales reports, profit and loss statements, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Conduct regular store inspections to identify and address potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing store team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and loss prevention practices.
