Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity to join Trust Information Technology as a Sales Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, assisting them in achieving their goals and objectives.



Main Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to the sales team and other stakeholders.

Support for Account Managers:

  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Lead Registration and Follow-up:

  • Register new leads and track progress, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements


To excel in this role, you should possess:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions, especially ManageEngine products, is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
