Operational Support Professional

The Operational Support Professional will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and initiatives within the division. This includes assisting in the management of administrative services, facilities, and support to IA departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Implement policies, regulations, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering high-quality results.
Support Services
- Assist in daily operations of various support services, including facilities management and administrative services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Support compliance efforts by helping to ensure that all operations adhere to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Prepare reports on operational efficiency, budget adherence, and compliance status for management review.
- Collaborate with the procurement department in vendor selection, contract management, and purchase order processing to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with procurement policies.
- Provide support for IT-related issues within the department, coordinating with the IT department as necessary to resolve issues promptly.
- Support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new systems or processes, and other strategic initiatives within support services.
- Perform any other related job duties as assigned.
