Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Riyadh. As a Business Development Manager for Comarch Loyalty Management (CLM), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong business relationships, and conducting market research to analyze industry trends and key target segments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from local banks to other financial institutions. Your goal will be to deliver persuasive presentations and tailored commercial offers that drive revenue growth and establish lasting client relationships.

You will also represent Comarch at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences, further expanding our reach and influence in the digital transformation space.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record in selling complex software solutions
  • Experience with loyalty management solutions or digital sales/marketing platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong ability to acquire new clients dynamically through various sales techniques
  • Experience and established contacts within local banks
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to business development
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an additional advantage)
