Job Overview:
Sales and marketing are key drivers of growth for pharmaceutical companies. As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Roundsbase, you will oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and maximize market penetration.
  2. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  5. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial role.
