As a Residential Sales Specialist at Rentokil Initial, you will play a crucial role in implementing our sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to attain set goals and objectives.
  2. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  3. Present our sustainable solutions to prospects in a professional and effective manner, highlighting the benefits of our services for health, property, and the environment.
  4. Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
  5. Create customized offers for target clients using marketing tools and strategies.
  6. Promote new products and services to existing clients, enhancing relationships through regular visits and calls.
  7. Respond to client needs and follow up with all concerned parties on request.
  8. Educate clients on processes to gain value from our services.
  9. Prepare detailed offers, follow up until contract is secured, and handle after-sales follow-up.
  10. Manage renewals of contracts, when applicable.
  11. Communicate new sales and renewals to the Operations Department.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely client data on Boecker systems.
  13. Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
  14. Participate in events and exhibitions to promote our services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.
  3. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Arabic is an asset.
  4. Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and CRM.
