About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Experience Propositions to lead our customer experience strategy and proposition development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering customer-centric experiences that drive business growth and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
    • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform experience design and development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centricity across all touchpoints.
  • Experience Proposition Development:
    • Design and develop customer experience propositions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
    • Work with stakeholders to validate and refine experience propositions.
    • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support experience proposition development.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of experience designers, researchers, and analysts to deliver customer experience projects.
    • Develop and implement team processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
    • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate customer experience strategy and progress.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver customer experience projects.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer-centricity across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in customer experience strategy, proposition development, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Customer experience strategy, proposition development, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, customer research, analysis, and design.
