At Stage Systems, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our offerings, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and offering after-sales support to foster loyalty.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the technology or systems integration industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, familiarity with audiovisual (AV) solutions and systems integration is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Must be under 30 years old and have a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel as required.
