About the Role

This strategic role requires a creative visionary to lead dynamic teams and bring bold ideas to life.

  • You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the RX Loyalty Program brand and marketing strategy.
  • Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day workflow for brand building, marketing, and digital/social rollout.
  • You will ensure loyalty brand guidelines are reflected across all customer touchpoints.

You will work closely with our Marketing and Corporate Communications department to deliver strategic creative output that resonates with customers.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum 7 years in brand and marketing with an airline, telecommunications, retail or hospitality background.

Bonus points if you possess an in-depth understanding of the local KSA and GCC market profile and customer demographic.
