As a seasoned Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supervising real estate sales agents and building a high-performing sales team. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring the team to success by managing agents, motivating and training them to adopt the right attitude and habits.

You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results to senior management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to work on sales scripts and drive sales from both personal and group accounts.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by leveraging your sales expertise and driving results from the sales team.
