This role requires a Technical Sales Specialist who can demonstrate our unique value proposition and technology differentiation, collaborating with technical architects, data scientists, and NLU analysts at prospective customers.

The successful candidate will analyze conversational UX use cases, prepare high-level estimates of effort involved and skills needed from a machine learning perspective, and work closely with product management to provide input and guidance for product roadmap and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical architects, data scientists, and NLU analysts at prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospect and customer technical contacts.
  • Analyze conversational UX use cases for feasibility and value creation for the client.
  • Work closely with product management to provide input and guidance for product roadmap and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales engineer/presales/solution architect technical role required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience participating in the sales cycle at a technology company required.
  • Experience with NLU technology in the industry required.
