Job Description

As a Senior Manager – Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical, acting as a consultative partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with key clients and deliver research requirements; identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  2. Demonstrate expertise across various research types, including brand health tracking, C-SAT/MS, U&A, etc., studies.
  3. Prospect for new opportunities, develop research briefs, and design suitable research proposals.
  4. Guide team members through all research-related stages, ensuring smooth project execution.
  5. Provide advice on project execution, inform clients on progress, and guide other departments regarding information collection and processing.
  6. Handle client queries or complaints, manage client stakeholders, and provide consultation to clients and staff.
Requirements:
  1. 9+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in Market Research with quantitative research projects.
  2. Strong client focus, understanding of research techniques, and ability to communicate effectively.
  3. Able to influence and persuade, develop long-term relationships, and operate in a multicultural environment.
  4. Knowledge and exposure to multiple markets is an added advantage.
