The Role:

This position focuses on supporting customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction as the first point of contact. The Customer Success Specialist works closely with the Customer Success Managers to ensure a positive customer experience and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: Assist with account setup, initial training, and basic support.
  2. Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  3. Product Navigation: Help customers navigate the product and troubleshoot common issues.
  4. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points.
  5. Support Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs.
  6. Customer Health Metrics: Monitor customer health metrics and flag potential issues to Customer Success Managers.
  7. Training Sessions: Assist in organizing and conducting customer training sessions and webinars.
  8. CRM Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
  9. Administrative Support: Support the Customer Success team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  6. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
