At Stantec, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction administration and management team, you will play a critical role in supervising the construction of buildings and facilities related to government and defense projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts with clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Engineering Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction and minimize defects.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of project status and issues.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction management.
  • Language Skills: Level 3 English language ability, with the ability to speak and read Arabic.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to use a variety of office equipment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
