Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team by organizing daily office tasks, receiving and attending to customer requests, and performing junior administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently respond to all client and management requests, greet guests, and provide accurate and useful information.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and bathroom supplies.
  • Maintain a tidy office and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Handle post and email management.
  • Organize and maintain files, including official certificates and licenses.
  • Update contact lists and perform mailings as required.
  • Schedule meetings and provide refreshments.

Requirements

  • Completion of academic school program up to 16 years.
  • Local language and advanced English proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of the destination and proficiency in Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office or customer-facing service.
